Ihre Aufgaben
• Planning and execution of R&D activities in the area of engine control function development like:
• new engine control functions focusing on EMS connectivity to other systems like navigation
• implementation of hybrid control functions into the EMS
• realization of advanced functions in terms of engine air or combustion control
• Organize needed resources for development
• Ideally, work as a certified electrician for the electrical issues on hybrid-vehicles with high voltage systems (qualification can be required later)
• Development of roadmaps for mid & long term strategy:
• Integrate new technology trends in own products
• Make development proposals for projects
• Cooperation with the responsible counterpart in Korea
Ihre Fähigkeiten und Talente
• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation engineering
• At least 5-10 years of automotive experience, preferably in the field of engine control function
• Matlab / Simulink, ETAS or d-Space tools experience
• Real-time embedded systems knowledge and programming skills
• Experience in engine or hybrid-vehicle development is highly appreciated
• Passion for technology and a global overview of future technology and market trends
• Good self management and presentation skills
•A very good command of English, German and cross cultural competence is necessary
• Excellent IT skills (incl. all Microsoft applications)
