Senior Manager Engine Advanced Development

Ihre Aufgaben

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Investigation & development of advanced Gasoline & Diesel Base Engine Technologies including coatings
- As a visionary heading for new shores you will be responsible for evaluations
- Whole processes and constructions
- Lead of about 10 top-class experts Analysis and evaluation of new technologies for feasibility and potential
- Networking with international suppliers & research
- Coordination of work split between teams & organizations and schedule of projects
- Reporting & Supporting to co-department in Korea
- Enhancement of internal development procedures and patent execution
- Production controlling and monitoring

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Talente

Requirements:

- You have an excellent mechanical engineering degree,
- a minimum of 10-15 years of related work experience in the development of combustion engines, project and product management
- distinct skills in the coordination of external and internal partners
- you are always up-to-date on the current development topics, such as efficiency, material, construction and design
- you are gifted with outstanding communication and negotiating skills in English and German
- you develop your own methods, are full of ideas, inspiring and encouraging
-you are a global networker keeping in touch with interesting people and institutions and are willing to travel yourself?
