Your tasks

• Responsible for the worldwide business development activities of components in the fields of prototype powertrain, motorsports as well as its international coordination within the group
• Conducting relevant market research analyses, distribution of new sales potentials on national and international markets
• Explaining, presenting and negotiating technical and business related implications while working closely with clients
• Coordination of supply planning and preparation including supervising and negotiating up to the signing of the contract
• Integration of innovative ideas, technologies and its implementation
• Close team work with all group departments concerned as well as developing, supporting and leading projects and team members
• Presentation of portfolios to clients, at fairs, conventions, etc.

Your abilities and talents

• Excellent university degree in engineering and / or automotive technologies
• Profound professional experience in the development and construction of engine components, therefore in command of expert knowledge
• Outstanding sales, service and most importantly, client oriented mentality, as well as engaging nature and strong communicative skills
• Goal-, solution- and success oriented way of working with high degree of self-organization with regard to business related and strategic factors
• Self-confidence as well as enterprising way of thinking and acting whilst also a good team worker
• Fluent in the English and German language
