Private Equity Transaction Tax Partner (m/f)

Your tasks

As a member of Luxembourg´s leading and most reputable Private Equity services firm you get the unique opportunity:
• to a direct entry position as a partner
• to develop a new service offering in PE tax fund structuring to work with some of the World´s leading PE and VC houses.
• to be strongly integrated in the European Private Equity network and team
• to work within one of the fastest growing sectors in Luxembourg

Your abilities and talents

• Holding excellent academic credentials, major preferred in tax, accounting or law you gained work experience in Private Equity fund tax structuring work with a big 4, law firm, Private equity house or bank.
• You offer a tax and/or law professional qualification (such as CPA, CTA, StB, attorney).
• Preferably you complete an Master´s degree in accounting / tax or LLM.
• You display strong qualifications in international tax law. Knowledge of Luxembourg tax legislation as well as experience in transaction tax services would be a key advantage.
• You are full proficiency in English. French and/or German would be an advantage (any additional language would be considered an asset).
• You display strong client management organizational and project management skills.
• As a Team player with the ability to create, sustain and lead effective teams you are comfortable in multicultural environments built on a shared culture of team spirit, mutual respect and openness.
