Business Development Manager (f/m)

Your tasks

• worldwide interdisciplinary business development activities for development services in the field of combustion engines
• Explaining, presenting and negotiating technical and business related issues while working closely with clients and with departments concerned
• Coordination of supply planning and preparation including supervising and negotiating up to signing of the contract
• Distribution of new sales potentials on new and well-known markets
• Conducting market research analyses
• Comparing global business developments
• Active participation within the own group as well as in area-specific client portfolios at fairs, conventions, etc.

Your abilities and talents

• Excellent university degree in engineering, automotive manufacturing, electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Profound professional experience in engine development, therefore great technical understanding
• Additionally, experience in distributing products in need of explanation and services
• Outstanding sales, service and most importantly, client oriented mentality, as well as engaging nature and strong communicative skills
• Goal-, solution- and success oriented way of working with high degree of self-organization with regard to business related and strategic factors
• Self-confidence as well as enterprising way of thinking and acting
• Willingness to travel internationally with perfect command of the English language
